 At VYBE Fitness Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your item within 15 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or email receipt).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us at support@vybefitnessco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@vybefitnessco.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace it or offer a refund at no additional cost.
