Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Standard Shipping (Domestic):
5–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, holidays, or high demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Soon to be launching international.
We’re working on expanding internationally soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please:

Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
